What is IV hydration?

During IV hydration, aka IV Vitamin Therapy, vitamins and nutrients are administered directly into your bloodstream via an IV. When receiving vitamins via IV, more than 90% of the vitamins are absorbed by the body, compared to taking vitamins orally, where only 20–40% are absorbed.

How long will it take before I feel the effects of receiving IV hydration?

It varies. Some may feel the effects right away, and some may feel the effects within 1-3 hours. The benefits of IV hydration can last anywhere from 1-3 weeks, depending on your metabolism, how active you are, and how vitamin deficient you are.

By the next day, you should wake up feeling refreshed. It is possible to feel worse after a session.
